I’ve spent the better part of a year learning social media, how to blog and creating a presents on the Internet. My hard work has really paid off. I have a lot of content working for me that is spread across the internet creating this beautiful “spider web” affect. But here of late I’ve been missing my “warm Market” or you might say my “home-town community.”

The second you step out your front door you have stepped into your “warm market place.”  I do have a problem… I don’t like rejection and I don’t like to bug people, so how am I going to get people to come to me? Well… It’s been easy!  I want to share with you what is working for me.


I know this is going to help you get your creative side working for you. Please let me know what you think and if you have any great ideas to share with the community.  There’s going to be creative training coming in mid-September on how to inter-grade technology with your warm marketing. It’s time to pull out all the “stops” and start sharing the knowledge with people outside your front door.

Network Marketing Tips / How to talk with your warm market

Most of us have burned up our warm market which is one reason why we’re using the Internet to connect with people. What if I could  open your eyes and renew your faith with some cool “Network Marketing Tips” Most of us were NOT taught any skills on, “how to talk with people” but, what if I gave you some key sentences that will have people leaning into you and wanting to hear more. What if I could promise you that it’s really painless and duplicatable everybody that’s a professional Network Marketer will give it a try.

I have a video I want to share with you on how I got two new customers by talking with strangers and how it was painless.



When you talk with somebody in the “First Party” you will sound pushy and I can promise you people will lean Away from you.  The first party words are: I, Me and You,

Example: I have a product that You will just love.

You will love this product I would love to share it with You.

This product got Me out of bed one hour earlier every morning and into bed one hour latter each night, I know You would love it  give it at try.

These first party sentences will KILL your efforts, it speaks loud and clear SALES. People will come up with all kinds of reasons why they can’t try the product, why they’re to busy. You will be left wondering…”what the heck” Why can’t I get anybody to try my product? I know you’ve been here…me too!  :-|

When you talk with people in the third party you are talking to their Subconscious Minds they don’t have a clue in what you are doing.

Warning:  Please be kind this is a very, very powerful secret that truly WORKS , don’t take advantage of subconscious minds in a uncaring way.

The third party secret words are: Some people, Most people, A lot of people, Many people and Everybody knows.

Example: Most people that try this product (or say the name of the product what ever that might be) come back for more.

Everybody knows that obesity in our country is at an alarming rate, but thank goodness some people have found natural   products with exercise can speed up your metabolism.

Everybody is sick of the economy and stressed out, but many people are taking their careers in their own hands and building a full-time income with part-time hours by working at home.  (Trust me people will be leaning in on this one! )

Using third party words in your sentences you will be able to sell your products, build your business without EVER talking to family and friends. I promise most people that try this will come to me and ask for more tips! :-P

How do you know IF you want someone you’ve been in contact with to be your business partner?  In this video I want to share with you a simple tip that always works for me, please watch this video.


So…what’s your task?

There was a time that I would try and convince people to read my e-book , but I no longer do that. I can tell by the first phone call if somebody is really wanting to know what it is that I have to offer. Maybe the time isn’t right for them…I don’t just cut them off because I believe in building relationships. However, if all they do is give me excuses as to WHY they can’t read it…that shows me they’re not ready who easy it that!

When I was in Chicago last year October I was at a training convention, one of the speakers was Art Jonak. Art painted a word picture that I’ve not forgotten and still use.  Watch this video it’ could change your life.

How to save “Online Marketing Time” by using the Marketing Wheel!

This summer I’ve been taking a blogging class it’s called “Go For Your Dream” I’m enjoying it and learning lots! They also have quest speakers each week, this last Friday (June 19th) I learned about the “Marketing Wheel” (taught by “Courtney Engle” a social media expert) and setting goals. I posted my excitement on learning the “Marketing Wheel” to FaceBook and look what happened.

How To Overcome Grammarphobe And Get Writing!

Grammarphobe…Ha! Ha! This bad dog (don’t get me wrong I’m a dog lover) has gone DOWN in my life it’s died…oops!  I mean dead.
This is a big issue for a lot of people, but I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be. If I can learn to write so can you please watch this video on how I conquered this fear and started to write.


It really is all in your head the more you think you can do something the longer you will stay in the place of “I can’t.” I’m very thankful for my “why” that drives me and the personal development so I’ve been free to move on and dump all unwanted culture of negativity and move on!

Multiple Streams Of Income

What do you think of multiple streams of income? As network marketers do you feel having more than one stream of income is distracting? Do you feel if you have more than one stream of income you are not being loyal to your primary company? I heard Will Smith say in a video not to long ago that if you have a plan “B” it will take away from plan “A”, but come on I find it hard to believe that Will Smith has never had a plan “B.” What do you think?

My new book that I’m reading this week is, “Tribes” by Seth Godin I feel like all network marketers need to read this one! So much of what he writes about in this book speaks to me, but what really jumped out was his paragraph on, “curiosity.” This one chapter inspired me to share a video with you on stepping out of your comfort zone.
