Okay, I just about fell off my chair laughing when I watched this, but it’s so true!

Confession

Some years ago I was having a hard time sleeping so I went to a sleep doctor. I sat there in his office and he asked  questions and I answered them . He told me in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep (my mind would not shut off) to sit up in my bed and yell real loud...STOP Ha! Ha!

I said, “what… yell  STOP” if I did that I would scare my husband right out of a deep sleep and the dog would wake up thinking there was an intruder ready to charge. Well I found a better way of turning of my thoughts, I meditate it’s been a life saver for me!

But the truth is this.

When you try and recruit somebody into your biz and you know they already are married to their company Stop it your asking them to cheat!

If you are a Network Marketer and all you do is pitch your biz. Stop It and build relationships, people join people they know, like and trust!

When all you do is complain “It’s so hard” Stop It and work on personal development!

When you see your glass half empty and not half full Stop It you will get what you think…a half empty glass of nothing!

When I couldn’t sleep at night I had to STOP IT and change my thinking and I did!
