The food in which has become our “standard quo”, is mostly processed fast fatty foods loaded with sugars and chemicals. This, so called food is died before you eat it (the lack of enzymes) which is why one third of American population is feeling tired, stressed, bloated and sick with all sorts of health issues. This last week once again I had a “light bulb moment” in my Nia Class! When I’m in tuned with the physical world around me, but also in tuned to God (spirit) inside I can receive God’s blessing and instruction.
As you all most know by now I’m a very spiritual person, this doesn’t’ mean I’m weird, rather I’m aware that I’m created in the likeness of God!
