MLM Greed And Ego vs Integrity And Authenticity
There are many new people coming on the internet with their MLM business who have the herd mentality. In most cases this was taught from their up-line sponsors the old “lick’um and stick’um and hope they stay mentality”. In this short video I’ll give you a solid key principle on how I’m building my MLM team with good rapport.
Greed and Ego comes from Lack and Negative Emotions such as: Jealousy, Hatred, Bitterness, Superstitions, Negativity, Fears, Control, Envy, and Strife. There are few that understand this principle and yet it’s the most important. When you learn to take yourself out of the picture…no agenda and truly help people your MLM business will take care of it’s self!

There are some MLM entities that have the mind set described above. But there are also some opportunities that recognize that unless you can be “authentic” with the people in your downline, the opportunity won’t go that far. The MLM’s that have an attitude of serving those who are members are the ones that will last the longest and do the most good. The others simply become fly-by-night entites that are looking to make as much as they can before they close their books and escape to “never-never land”.
Before I watached your video about bringing new people into the business, I thought it should be first on your part to get to know the person who jumped into your blog. It is just like the telelmarketers. Once I know what they want, I hang up. I think it would be better to introduce yourself to the new person and ask questions that would generate a relationship. Before trying to interest a new contact to your MLM, it would be better to find out who this person is and what are his needs, likes or dislikes, what does he do? What is he interested in–in other words, find out who he is and how you can serve him. M.A.
Debby,
Thanks for sharing your insight on this topic. I find that most people in network marketing haven’t been trained properly when it come to using Web 2.0 techiques. Proper training for them and their uplines could benefit a lot of companies in this industry. Unfortunately, the old school methods are still taught as the only way. By joining the two, meaning online methods and old school methods is really the answer for future success!
Keep up the wonderful work.

Thanks for sharing this Debby. Relationship building is key to successful network marketing. Our industry is about team building and before people are added to your team it is important to understand who they are, what they are about, etc. This helps you know if you are going to be able to work with them successfully. A strong network marketing team can be a powerful asset, and strong teams require strong relationships between upline and downline. Nice insight you provided for folks here.
Thanks!

Hi Debby,
This is definitely something that needs to be brought to the attention of some network marketers. No one likes to be pushed. Putting in a little effort into listening to the other person’s story and building the relationship into a genuine friendship can really pay off in the end.
Cheers,
Lynn

Outstanding video Debby,
You are 100% right in the mentality being spread around in the MLM industry.
I think that as a leader, it is important to teach your down line to focus on the relationship building of your prospects and not just getting a high volume of people signing up.
